MAGIC RING

Let's don a ring of blazing beauty,
Red firestone ruby set in antique gold,
Worn by heroes who knew their sacred duty,
Diligent, persistent, loyal and bold!

They performed the primal Holy Task,
To ponder on the cause and reason why
We're imprisoned on planet Earth, and ask
The liberating question' Who Am I?'

If one cleans and polishes this ring,
In time the Great God-like Sage appears,
Then if we love devotional chants and sing,
He'll throw away our host of anxious fears,
To take us on the path to Liberation,
His way which leads to Self Realisation.
